Adaptierung der Hausbrieffachanlage

Movation und Idee

Die neuen Briefkästen haben eine kleiner Zylinderöffnung und daher wir standardmäßig auch nur ein Zylinder inkl. 2 Schlüssel mitgeliefert. Der alte Zylinder ist nicht direkt weiter verwendbar. Allerdings hat der Mieter von 1/23 mit seinem Know-How aus über 27 Jahre als Schlosser berichtet, dass die Adaptierung kein Problem sei, wenn auch mit kleinen Arbeitsschritten verbunden:

Der Umbau gestaltet sich grundsätzlich grob so:

Mit einem Stufenfräser die Öffnung weiten bis den alten Durchmesser >=29mm weiten.
Alten Zylinder ohne Manschette (die nicht mehr passen würde) einsetzen.
Der Sperrriegel (Sperrnase) am alten Zylinder passt leider nicht und muss durch eine passende Variante ersetzt werden.

Zum Umbau selbst:

Es werden beide Schlüssel benötigt (der Extraschlüssel vom neuen Brieffach) und der vom alten Zylinder. Den Extraschlüssel könnte ich ja einsammeln, aber das mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel für den alten Zylinder wird wohl eher weniger gehen. BR Die Variante, das umgebaute Fach offen angelehnt zu lassen und der Mieter kommt dann später vorbei um abzusperren, wird voraussichtlich nicht gehen, da der Umbau der Sperrnase eine gewisse Anpassung erfordert, sodass man den Zylinder sperren können sollte. $:\$
Der alte Zylinder: dieser ist im Lagerraum der Anlage und sofern nicht bereits an die Personen ausgehändigt stelle [:JohannKlasek:ich] sie für den Termin zur Verfügung.

Beim Umbau selbst:

Je nach Vereinbarung selbst oder eine Vertrauensperson entsenden (nach Einteilung bzw. nach "Aufruf"/"Anruf").
Schlüssel vom neuen Brieffach und Schlüssel von altem Zylinder (zentraler Wohnungsschlüssel) bereithalten.
Kostenbeitrag bereithalten.
Dem Umbau beiwohnen und unseren Schlosser unterstützen.

Kosten

Pro Wohnung/Brieffach EUR 15,-. Inkludiert ist das Material (neue Sperrnase).
