Nach dem Glasbruch am 2011-09-02 wurde nun das Provisorium durch eine entsprechende Glasscheibe ersetzt und damit der Sollzustand wieder hergestellt. 
Die Verzögerung hatte ihre Ursache in der Schwierigkeit, die dafür nötige Hebebühne zu bekommen (laut HausVerwaltung). ![:\](/moin_static199/modern/img/ohwell.png ":\"){kind=small}
Durch den Einsatz der recht schweren Hebebühne ist am Rande der Anlage bzw. entlang der Fassade, wo sich die Hebebühne bewegte, der Bodensteinbelag deutlich eingedrückt worden. Es stellt sich die Frage, ob hier ein Behebung angebracht wäre ...
